Built with cinder block and metal roofing and doors, they seem particularly well protected from fire and heavy weather. Since a new controlled entry system with video surveillance was added in 2024 the facility now provides an impressive level of protection for stored possessions.

I've had a storage locker at Pacific Rim Storage for many years. It has been a safe place to store my goods without risk of flood, or fire, or other damage. The facility is well-maintained, with good lighting, and with useful two-wheel dollies for carting boxes in and out. Additionally, they made a significant investment in the security of the facility this year with the addition of an electronic gate. Best yet is their customer service which is why I have provided a 5-star review. There have been numerous instances over the past years where I needed assistance on short notice, and it was always provided in a friendly and helpful manner. They are a great team!
